class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Frutas e hortali\u00e7as s\u00e3o apreciadas n\u00e3o somente pelo aspecto visual, mas especialmente pelas caracter\u00edsticas internas de qualidade, que podem ser analisadas somente quando ocorre a destrui\u00e7\u00e3o da amostra para an\u00e1lise.\u00a0 Isto ocorre tanto para mercado fresco, quando na ind\u00fastria.\u00a0 Esse tipo de an\u00e1lise em geral demanda tempo, amostragens repetitivas, etc.\u00a0 As an\u00e1lises n\u00e3o destrutivas tem como objetivo avaliar os frutos sem destru\u00ed-los.\u00a0 Ainda existem grandes desafios para que isto ocorra como rotina em fazendas e ind\u00fastria.\u00a0 A Embrapa Instrumenta\u00e7\u00e3o tem trabalhado com duas tecnologias com este objetivo.\u00a0 A espectroscopia de infravermelho m\u00e9dio e pr\u00f3ximo e tamb\u00e9m com Resson\u00e2ncia Magn\u00e9tica Nuclear &#8211; RMN.\u00a0 A espectroscopia de infravermelho na regi\u00e3o do pr\u00f3ximo (NIR, do ingl\u00eas, near infrared) e m\u00e9dio (MIR, do ingl\u00eas mid infrared) t\u00eam sido muito utilizadas na \u00e1rea de alimentos.\u00a0 No caso de frutos, a espectroscopia do infravermelho pr\u00f3ximo \u2013 NIR tem sido utilizada em v\u00e1rios pa\u00edses at\u00e9 com equipamentos port\u00e1veis para avalia\u00e7\u00e3o da qualidade interna de par\u00e2metros como S\u00f3lidos semente, volume da amostra entre outras propriedades, ele tem que ser desenvolvido e certificado para cada tipo de material (produto) e equipamento.<\/p><p>Esta medi\u00e7\u00e3o pode ser utilizada para diferentes aplica\u00e7\u00f5es, como por exemplo, sele\u00e7\u00e3o de oleaginosa de alto teor de \u00f3leo, na otimiza\u00e7\u00e3o da produ\u00e7\u00e3o de \u00f3leo, levando a m\u00e1xima
